Why Writing Matters to You!
YpsiWrites invites you to celebrate the power and potential of writing by sharing your own story about why writing matters to you.
A good place to start is to think of a time when you wrote something that really mattered–to you, your family, your community, or the world. Describe the writing you did and why it mattered. Choose among the following to share your Why Writing Matters story:
Write a short response–e.g., a story, reflection, poem, or 6-word memoir–about why writing matters to you
Create a 1-3 minute video or audio recording
Create a multimedia document (like a zine, infographic, or cartoon)
Send your responses to YpsiWrites@gmail.com
